By engaging in coaching services with Reset with Hannah, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical relationship focused on helping you reset, clarify your goals, and build rhythms that work for your life.
Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you require therapeutic support, you are encouraged to work with a licensed mental health professional.
Confidentiality
What you share in your coaching sessions is treated with respect and care.
Coaching sessions are confidential, but they are not governed by HIPAA.
You are always welcome to share only what feels safe and comfortable.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking or before your first session begins.
You may pay per session or as part of a coaching package.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at the coach’s discretion.
Check-In Support
If your package includes check-ins (via text or voice memo), this is offered during business hours and within the timeframe stated in your package (e.g., 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.).
Check-ins are intended for encouragement, reflection, and accountability—not emergency support.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own progress, decisions, and outcomes.
Coaching provides tools and support, but you are the one making change happen.
Your effort, honesty, and engagement are what make this work powerful.
